The Workout

It is a program to use the city as our fitness playground. Each week we meet at a new location to incorporate whatever is on the path as part of our course…steps, cones, walls, sand, pavement, curbs, fences etc. while bringing unique tools/equipment to add creativity, challenge & variety.  Building comradery among people who have common goals of weight loss, body sculpting and adventurous fitness.

What you can expect?

  What if there is bad weather?

Well bad weather happens, so we will find shelter and keep getting busy.

  What if can’t keep up?

The fitness program is designed around short bursts followed by high intensity interval strength training.  So there is plenty of time for the group to stay together.  Whether you are the fastest or slowest you will get the maximum workout for your body.  There is “No Child Left Behind!”

 

  What do I need to bring to a class?

Primarily the workouts are body weight so you need to bring your body.  We will lead you through everything else.  Also, you will need to bring a water bottle and weight lifting gloves.

   Do I have to commit to a contract or recurring payments?

Absolutely not!  Although we hope that you will enjoy our program enough to workout with us long term.
